Presentation Description

With the well-being of children at risk, our society can't afford for our organizations to be financially fragile or desperate for community engagement. You know that your work is important, so what is the key to sustainability and impact? Board Leadership.

With a resource development plan in hand, a strategically-aligned board can be your greatest asset. This session will equip participants with the tools (a plan, a recruitment strategy, and ideas for accountability) to increase community engagement and fundraising success.
