A three hour workshop designed to support participating organizations in identifying you“why” for delving into equity work; connecting the work back to your mission; and to help you identify what equity work looks like in action.

The goals will be to:

● Discuss why being an equity-focused organization matters

● Create a set of guiding questions to decide what success looks like as you work on operationalizing equity

● Determine your North Star, your “why”
